Clarets Trust has decided to provisionally hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) after our last match of the season against Coventry at home on Sunday 6th May.

We will give out further details in terms of time and venue once we have confirmation but please would all members make a note in their diaries and pencil this date in. 

Please also read about our intentions below in relation to communication about the event this year.

This year we will also soon be putting up a section on the website entitled AGM 2007 and there you will be able to see details of the event, the motions on the table and information about current Board Members standing down and those members of the Trust standing for election. There will also be a downloadable Nomination Form for any of our Members wishing to stand for election.

Nearer the time, we will also put up an agenda for the meeting and the election addresses from those wishing to stand for election to the Board.

Appropiate details about the event as in the previous year will also be sent out to the Membership via Newsletters and email with press releases also sent out to the Official BFC website, all main Clarets independent websites and the local press.
